XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 604, Gala Empire, Drive-In Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (hereinafter referred to as "XRAI TechnoLab", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), is an innovation-driven EdTech company offering hyper-interactive 3D simulation-based learning solutions designed to overcome the limitations of traditional education methods.
The Company develops and delivers various digital educational products and solutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"). Access, delivery, and installation of these Products are managed and controlled through a license key system.
By purchasing our Product(s) and/or clicking to accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, You (hereinafter referred to as "the User") agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time.
Please read these Terms carefully before using any of Our Products.
Your access to or use of the Products (with or without registration, subscription, or payment) signifies Your acceptance of these Terms and Your agreement to be legally bound by them.
Any registration or subscription to Our Products is non-transferable and is valid only for the registered User.
Upon purchasing a Product, You are granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use it for a specific duration as activated by a license key. Ownership, rights, title, and interest in the Product remain solely with XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd.
Once the license period expires, all rights to access or use the Product will automatically terminate unless renewed as per the Company's policies.
"Product" includes all digital curriculum materials such as animations, graphics, videos, software, and related educational content created and/or sourced by XRAI TechnoLab. All intellectual property rights, concepts, and development codes are the exclusive property of XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd.
Our Products are designed to be installed on compatible smart panel devices.
Users may renew their subscription after expiry. Access to the Product content will be blocked once the license period ends unless renewed.
By submitting any content ("Material") to XRAI TechnoLab, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute such Material across platforms and media for community learning and enhancement.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of Our Products, inadvertent errors may occur. XRAI TechnoLab makes no warranty or guarantee regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information provided. All content is provided on an "As Is" basis, and the Company disclaims all liabilities arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Our Products are designed to supplement, not replace, institutional or curriculum-based education. Use of our Products does not guarantee admission to educational institutions or success in examinations.
Users are encouraged to verify the authenticity and accuracy of Product content. XRAI TechnoLab shall not be held responsible for discrepancies in installed Product versions.
By using Our Products, You consent to receive communication from XRAI TechnoLab via SMS, email, or phone regarding updates, new products, and offers. You agree to indemnify the Company from any liability even if Your number is registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) services.
All trademarks, designs, content, and software associated with the Products are proprietary to XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or alter any content without prior written consent from the Company.

XRAI TechnoLab reserves the right to synchronize usage statistics, performance data, and error logs to its secure XRAI Cloud Server for performance monitoring and analytics.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Access to Products is at the sole discretion of XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations or misuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Product shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the said Product.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Any feedback You provide shall be treated as non-confidential, and the Company may use it freely for improvement purposes without any obligation of compensation or acknowledgment.
If You are unsatisfied with Your purchase, XRAI TechnoLab Pvt Ltd offers a refund within 10 days of payment, subject to review and approval by our support team. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
